One flat monthly fee
No hourly billing. The updates in your plan are covered by the fee.
Extra work is quoted first
Anything outside your plan gets a fixed price in writing. Nothing is billed without your approval.
Hosting is billed by your host
Your plan covers setting up and managing your hosting. The hosting fee isn't part of the plan price. You pay it directly to your host.
You own your site
Your website, content and assets are yours once the build is paid in full.
Missed payments

Do I need a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional. Without one, you get admin access and your hosting logins at launch, and you run the site yourself. You can add a plan later.
Am I locked into a care plan?
There's a 3-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 14 days' notice.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You keep everything. I hand over admin access, hosting logins and all your files.
Is hosting included?
You pay the host directly, so the account is always yours. Care plans cover setting it up and managing it. The hosting fee isn't part of your plan price.
Can I get a care plan for a site you didn't build?
Care plans are for sites I build. If your site is already on Webflow, email me about it.
What counts as a website update?
Text and image edits, page changes and small design tweaks are all covered. Anything bigger, like a new page or a redesign, gets a fixed price in writing first.
How fast will you get back to me?
Every plan includes email support. Growth adds priority support, and Performance adds a same-day response. [NEED: reply times to publish. The internal ops manual says Essential within 2 business days, Growth within 1 business day, Performance same day on weekdays.]
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Annual saves 10%, which is $300 to $540 a year depending on the plan. It's paid in full at signing and isn't refundable. If you'd like the option to cancel after 3 months, pay monthly.
